If you’re using an Android device and purchased your Mindvalley Membership through the Google Play Store (rather than directly on our website), this guide will walk you through every step to cancel your subscription, if you subscribed directly from the Mindvalley app.
Step 1: Identify How You Subscribed
Before starting, check how you originally purchased your membership:
- Via Mindvalley app on Android : through your Android device using your Google account.
- Via Mindvalley website : through the website using your card or PayPal. Click here.
This matters because the cancellation method depends on how you paid. If you purchased your Mindvalley Membership through the app on the Google Play Store, it can only be cancelled directly via the Play Store, as this is how Google manages in-app subscriptions. If you purchased your membership directly from the Mindvalley app on Android, please follow the instructions provided below.
Step 2: How to Cancel Through the Mindvalley App (Direct Subscriptions)
If you subscribed through Mindvalley Android App, follow these steps in your Mindvalley App:
- Open the Mindvalley App on your Android device.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap on your profile picture at the top left corner of your screen.
- You’ll be directed to your account page. Tap on the settings symbol (⚙️ steering wheel icon).
- You’ll arrive at General Settings, tap on Billing.
- Then tap Manage My Subscription. Clicking this card will close the Mindvalley app and open the Active Subscriptions page in the Google Play Store.
- You will see a list of your active subscriptions click on the item with the Mindvalley logo beside it.
- Tap Cancel.
- Choose your reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu.
- Finally, tap Cancel again to confirm.
✅ Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
🛈 Note: Simply uninstalling the app will not cancel your membership, you must cancel it through the Play Store.
Step 3: After You Cancel
- You’ll retain access until your billing period ends.
- You will not be charged again after the cancellation date.
- You can confirm your cancellation by checking the subscription status in your app or Google Play Store it should show as Canceled or Will not renew.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to the app store’s approval. In-app purchases are not covered under the 15-day refund policy.
