Refund guidelines for different types of Mindvalley programs
Quests
All Quests have a refund deadline of 15 days from the purchase date. Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students on a specific date. You also have the option to change the learning mode to self pace.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions work exactly like Netflix. Some subscriptions have trial periods, and some offer a refund period. You can activate either of them and cancel anytime before the deadline at no charge.
Mindvalley Membership
You can request a refund for your Mindvalley Membership within 15 days of your initial purchase. After the 15-day period, refunds are no longer available and you may only cancel your membership.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that renewal payments are non-refundable.
All Mindvalley Memberships are set to autopay, which means the system will automatically charge you on your renewal date. You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges but past renewal payments cannot be refunded. Here’s an article that explains more, click here.
Premium Programs Refund Policy
For customers enrolled in any of our Premium Programs, refund requests must be submitted through the Premium Program Refund Form. Once the form is submitted, a Premium Customer Support or Retention Specialist will reach out to assist you with your request.
