Refund guidelines for different types of Mindvalley programs
Quests
All Quests have a refund deadline of 15 days from the purchase date. Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students on a specific date. You also have the option to change the learning mode to self pace.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions work exactly like Netflix. Some subscriptions have trial periods, and some offer a refund period. You can activate either of them and cancel anytime before the deadline at no charge.
Mindvalley Membership
You may request a refund for your Mindvalley Membership within 15 days of your initial purchase. After this 15-day period, refunds are no longer available; however, you may still cancel your membership.
If you choose to cancel, you will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that renewal payments are non-refundable.
This refund policy applies only to subscriptions purchased via the web. All in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies and guidelines of the App Store or Google Play. To learn more, click here.
All Mindvalley Memberships are set to auto-renew, meaning your payment method will be automatically charged on your renewal date. You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges, for more details, click here.
Mastery Programs Refund Policy
If you’re enrolled in one of our Mastery or Premium Programs and would like to request a refund, our Support Team is here to help.
Note: For Mastery Programs or Certifications through an Ultimate Mastery bundle or Total Mastery bundle credit, the refund timeframe is 15 days from the purchase date of the bundle. If you start a course and change your mind, you can swap to a different course 15 days from the course start date.
