Here’s everything you need to know about canceling your Mindvalley subscription and requesting a refund if you’re eligible.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund for your Mindvalley Membership within 15 days of your initial purchase date.
After the 15-day period:
Refunds are no longer available
You can still cancel your subscription at any time
When you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew
You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle
Please note:
All renewal payments are non-refundable
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date
We send email reminders before the new cycle begins
How to Access Billing & Subscriptions
To manage your subscription:
Log in to your Mindvalley account
Click your profile picture (top right corner)
Select “Account”
Go to “Billing & Subscriptions”
From here, you’ll see all available options for your subscription.

Mindvalley Membership (Quests)
Meditations
Membership + Meditations
Choose monthly or annual billing
Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling stops future renewals while keeping your current access with no further charges.
What happens when you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew
You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period cycle
No refund will be issued
Steps to cancel:
Click “Cancel”
You may see a special offer, you can accept or decline
Confirm your cancellation
After canceling, you’ll see:
A confirmation message
Your access end date
An optional feedback survey
Request a Refund
If you’re within the 15-day refund period, you’ll see the “Get a refund” option.
This option only appears if your subscription is eligible.
What happens when you request a refund:
Your subscription is canceled immediately
Your access ends right away
Your payment will be refunded
Steps to request a refund:
Click “Get a refund”
Choose one of the following:
Cancel only (keep access until end of billing cycle), or
Proceed with refund (lose access immediately)
Review and confirm your request
After confirmation, you’ll receive:
A refund confirmation
The total refund amount
Estimated time for funds to return to your original payment method (7 to 14 business days)
A short feedback survey

Annual plans: Up to 30% off
Monthly plans: Up to 10% off
Keep in mind:
Offers are not available for subscriptions that already have a discount
If you accept:
Within the refund period: Discount applies immediately (you may receive a partial refund)
Outside the refund period: Discount applies on your next billing cycle
