Everything you need to know about cancelling your subscriptions and receiving a refund if you are eligible.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you cancel your membership, whether you’re eligible for a refund or just want to stop future payments.
🔹 Cancelling Your Subscription Without a Refund
If you’re outside the 15-day refund window or are not eligible for a refund, you can still cancel your subscription. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Follow these steps to cancel:
Log into your Mindvalley Account.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select “Account.”

Navigate to the “Billing & Subscriptions” section.
Under Active Subscriptions, find your Mindvalley Membership and click “Subscription Settings.”

If you're outside the refund policy period, you’ll see a “Cancel Subscription” button only and you can click it as shown below.

💡 At this point, you’ll be shown a summary of the benefits you’ll lose. If you're curious about other options, you can click “Explore More Options.” Otherwise, click “Continue to Cancellation.”

A pop-up will appear asking you to select a reason for cancelling. Choose the one that best fits. Check the box that says:
“I understand that by canceling, I will lose access to all premium features and my progress after my current billing period ends.”
Click “Cancel Subscription” to complete the process.
✅ You’ll see a confirmation screen letting you know your subscription has been canceled, along with the date your access will officially end.


🔹 Cancelling With a Refund (Eligible Users Only)
If you’re a new user and it's been 15 days or less since your billing date, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please note that choosing a refund means immediate loss of access to Mindvalley content.
Login to your Mindvalley Account.
Click your Profile picture → My Account → Billing & Subscriptions.
Find “Subscription Settings”, then in the Active Subscriptions section, locate your Mindvalley Membership.
Scroll down to “Payment History,” and if you’re still within the refund policy period, you’ll see a “Refund” button available as shown below.
You will have two options to choose from either “Cancel Subscription” (access remains until billing cycle ends) or
“Refund & Cancel Subscription” (full refund, access ends immediately)
Choose “Refund & Cancel Subscription” and then click on on the black button “Refund & Cancel” to confirm.

A pop-up will appear asking why you're canceling, please select the appropriate reason. Then, check the box confirming: “I understand that by canceling, I will lose access to all premium features and my progress after my current billing period ends.” Click the “Refund & Cancel” button to proceed. A confirmation pop-up will appear, showing that your refund has been processed, along with refund details and an estimated processing time of 7–14 business days.

✅ Refunds are only available within 15 days of the purchase date.
❌ Choosing the "Refund & Cancel" option ends access immediately.
⏳ Refunds typically process within 7–14 business days.
