🗓 Today Tab
The Today tab is your daily personalised dashboard. It includes:
- Your day streak
- Quests you're currently enrolled in
- Your premium programs
- Saved favorites
- Daily Shorts
- Today’s recommended meditation
- Upcoming Live events
- Quests aligned with your Growth Goals
- A great place to start your day with focus and intention.
📚 Programs Tab
In the Programs tab, you’ll find everything you’re currently learning and what’s next. It's organized
into:
- Discover – Explore new Quests by category and see what’s Coming Soon.
- Masteries - Your current Mastery programs and recommendations for you
- Coach – Access certification programs
- Recordings – Watch replays of Live Talks, Summits, and other sessions.
- Courses – View programs purchased before 2018, under My Premium Courses and My Courses.
🤖 EVE AI Tab
EVE AI is your virtual assistant within the app. You can use EVE to:
- Get personalised program recommendations
- Ask questions and get guided support
- Discover content that matches your current goals
- Think of it as your virtual growth coach.
🎧 Meditations Tab
The Meditation tab features audio content designed to support your well-being, focus and
mindfulness. Here you can:
- Listen to guided meditations (included with Membership)
- Explore healing and ambient soundscapes
- Easily add mindfulness moments to your day
🌍 Community Tab
Connect, share and grow with other Mindvalley members. The Community tab includes:
- Networks: Join topic-based or location-based communities based on your Quests and interests.
- Events: See featured live calls, register for upcoming sessions, and replay past events.
- People: Meet fellow learners from around the world, chat, and even organize local meetups by
enabling your location.
👤 Profile & Settings
Tap your profile picture in the top corner of the app to access personal features and app settings.
Here’s what you can do, under Your Profile:
- View and update your profile photo and personal details
- Track your progress: see your day streak, lessons completed, and total meditation time
- Access your Library to view:
- Continue Programs section
- Favorites
- Completed programs
- Downloads for offline access
