Connect Telegram to send messages to Sandra without opening BlinkLife. Your conversation syncs back to the Chat tab.
Connecting Telegram
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Telegram.
- Follow the instructions to link your Telegram account (typically by starting a conversation with the BlinkLife bot from the Telegram app).
Using Sandra via Telegram
Once connected, message the BlinkLife bot in Telegram as you would in the Chat tab:
- Ask questions, capture thoughts, add tasks
- Sandra replies in Telegram and the conversation appears in your BlinkLife Chat history
Telegram is useful for capturing ideas on the go without switching apps.
Limitations
- You cannot access Notes, Pages, or Calendar directly from Telegram — those require the BlinkLife app
- Voice messages sent in Telegram do not trigger Listener; use the in-app mic for that
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Telegram.
