"Incorrect email or password"
- Confirm you are using the email address you signed up with.
- Passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock.
- If you signed up with Google SSO, there is no BlinkLife password — use Sign in with Google instead.
- Reset your password if you are unsure.
Google Sign-In is not working
Symptom: Clicking Sign in with Google opens the Google prompt but returns an error.
Try:
- Ensure you are selecting the correct Google account (the one used to sign up).
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again.
- Try a different browser or an incognito window.
- If Google shows "Access blocked", the OAuth session may have expired — try signing out of Google and back in before retrying.
Account says it doesn't exist
If you receive "No account found for this email", you may:
- Have signed up with a different email — check for other email addresses you own.
- Have signed up with Google SSO but are now trying email login — try Sign in with Google.
- Not yet have an account — go to blinklife.com and select Sign up.
