Manage your BlinkLife subscription and credit balance from within the app.
Accessing billing
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
Subscription plans
BlinkLife offers paid plans with different levels of access to Sandra's capabilities and storage. Details of current plans and pricing are shown in the Billing tab inside the app.
AI Credits
Some actions — particularly intensive or long Chat sessions — consume AI credits. Your current credit balance is displayed in Settings → Billing. Credits replenish on your billing cycle.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and select the cancellation option. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, after which your account moves to the free tier.

For billing disputes or refund requests, contact BlinkLife support via the Help link inside the app.
