Deleting your BlinkLearn account permanently removes your profile, learning history, notes, and AI memories. This cannot be undone.
Before you delete
- Download any notes or pages you want to keep
- Note that deleting your account may also affect your access to other Envisioning products if they share the same identity
How to delete
- Go to your profile settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Delete account
- Confirm by entering your email address
Your account will be scheduled for deletion. If you change your mind, contact support within 7 days.
