Vibrantly tracks every meal you log and connects your eating patterns to your lab results. Logging is conversational — there are no forms to fill out.
Meal history
Go to Meals in the sidebar to see your full meal log. Each entry shows:
- Date and time
- Meal type (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner / Snack)
- Macronutrient breakdown (protein, fiber, carbs, fat, calories)
- Luna's interpretation of how the meal fits your goals
Logging a meal
Text (from Today view)
Type a description in the Log a meal bar on the Today dashboard — e.g. "Grilled salmon with roasted vegetables and water". Luna parses the description and estimates nutrition automatically.
Chat logging (text, photo, or voice)
Tap Log meal from the Meals page to open Luna's meal logging panel. This is a chat interface — describe what you ate, upload a photo of the meal, or use voice input. Luna responds with a nutritional breakdown and contextual analysis.
Food Analyzer skill
Open Chat and invoke the Food Analyzer skill for a structured meal analysis — useful for restaurant meals, menu photos, or detailed nutritional breakdowns.
How Luna analyzes meals
For each logged meal, Luna:
- Estimates macronutrients based on the description or photo
- Checks the meal against your active health goals (e.g. blood sugar management, protein targets)
- Cross-references with your latest biomarkers — if glucose variability is flagged in your lab report, she will note relevant meals
Meal type classification
Meals are automatically classified as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack based on the time of logging and context from your description. You can override the classification in the meal log.
