Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from Vibrantly — lab reports, meal logs, memories, pages, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Consider whether you want to:
- Download your lab reports — go to Lab reports and download any files you want to keep
- Export a page — open any Page you want to keep and download or export the HTML before deleting
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings from the sidebar.
- Open the Account tab.
- Find the Delete account option and follow the confirmation steps.
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
After deletion
- You will be signed out immediately
- Your email address will be released and can be used to create a new Vibrantly account
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
