If you ever want to leave the Mindvalley Ecosystem and delete your account permanently for any reason, you can send a request via Web or Mindvalley App.
This is applicable for both users apple and android.
Please keep in mind that requesting to delete your Account DOES NOT imply cancelling your Mindvalley Membership subscription; rather it means that your entire account will be deleted from our system. To learn more on how to cancel your Mindvalley Membership, click HERE.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to submit a GDPR request from your Mindvalley account via App:
Go to the Mindvalley App.
Tap on your profile picture at the top left corner of the app; this will take you to your profile tab.
Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner, then select “Account Settings”. From there, you can choose the type of request you’d like to submit.

There are three types of requests: "Download Your Data", "Correct Your Information" and "Delete Account Forever".

1.Download Your Data:
You can select this option to receive a copy of your data from our platform. This will take around 30 days to prepare and will be sent to your Mindvalley registered email address.

2. Correct Your Information:
You can select this option to change/ update your account information. You can only modify your email address and name, but if you want to update other information you can do it from your account, for more details, click here.

3. Delete Account Forever:
You can request to delete your account, which will permanently remove all your data, including programs, subscriptions and any associated information. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before submitting your deletion request. We're unable to process account deletion until the subscription is canceled, to help prevent any future charges.
When you tap on that, you will be taken to the final stage of your request, where a verification is required. To proceed with your request, you must enter your iPhone passcode.
Once you tab on "Delete Account" you will lose all subscriptions and programs you previously owned. You can not undo this once the request is sent.
