Understanding Your Mindvalley Charges
At Mindvalley, we prioritize transparency and honesty in all our transactions. We want you to be fully informed about our payment processes, and we ensure that all charges are clearly communicated. If your bill does not match what you expected, here are some possible reasons:
VAT Taxes
If your billing or shipping address is located in an EU country, EU legislation requires that Value Added Tax (VAT) be applied to your purchase. This tax is mandated by law and is not controlled by Mindvalley. If you have a valid VAT number and were still charged VAT, please contact us, and we will assist in adjusting your bill.
Exchange Rate Differences
Our prices are displayed in US dollars, and when you complete a purchase, your bank automatically converts the currency. If you are using a foreign bank or purchasing from another country, you may notice slight variations in the final amount due to your bank's exchange rates or additional fees. We recommend contacting your bank for more details on their conversion rates and fees.
Early Bird Discount Expiration
We often provide special discounted offers for a limited time to our most dedicated students. If you attempt to use a saved link after the offer period has ended, you may find that the discount is no longer available. However, rest assured that the sales and checkout pages will always display the correct pricing at the time of purchase.
Recurring Payments
If you have subscribed to any Mindvalley programs, your payments will be processed automatically based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). Our sales and checkout pages clearly display subscription pricing to ensure full transparency.
If you opted for an installment plan for a Course or Quest, charges will be applied every 30 days after your initial payment. You can review your invoices and billing details in your Billing Profile.
Duplicate Charges
If you notice multiple charges, consider the following possibilities:
Subscription Payments: If you are subscribed to a Mindvalley program, payments are processed automatically on your scheduled billing date.
Installment Plans: If you purchased a course with a two- or three-month installment plan, you will be charged the same amount each month.
Upsell Purchases: If you added additional courses or subscriptions alongside your main purchase, these may be charged on the same day.
To verify these charges, check your Mindvalley Billing Section or review your online banking statement:
If the same amount appears on different dates, it is likely a recurring subscription or installment plan.
If identical charges appear on the same date, you may have purchased multiple programs at once.

Missing Billing Details
If you do not see your billing history or invoices in your account, possible reasons include:
Purchases made via the Mindvalley app: Payments made through the Mindvalley app are processed by your app store (Apple Store or Google Play), and billing details will be available in your app store account.
Different email login: If you used a different email address for your purchase, try logging out and signing back in with the correct Mindvalley email.
