You can cancel your Mindvalley States subscription at any time, online, without contacting us:
- Log in to your account at mindvalleystates.com/account using the email address you ordered with.
- Open your subscriptions (or go to mindvalleystates.com/a/subscriptions).
- Select the subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
If you have any trouble cancelling, email support@mindvalleystates.com and we'll help. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future charges and deliveries. Orders already charged and shipped are not affected.
Changing your subscription
From the same account page you can skip your next delivery, pause your subscription, change your next billing date, or update your payment method and shipping address. You can also email support for help.
Price changes
If the subscription price changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you wish.
Refunds
Refunds, including our 60-day guarantee on your first order, are covered by our Refund policy.
How your Mindvalley States subscription works:
- It renews automatically. When you choose a subscription (for example, "FOCUS Monthly Subscription"), it continues every month until you cancel. You don't need to reorder.
- What you're charged. You pay the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout when you place your first order. After that, the same payment method is charged that subscription price, plus taxes and shipping, every month on the same day of the month as your first order, and a new delivery ships. For example, if you subscribe on 15 October, you are charged on 15 October, then on 15 November, 15 December, and so on.
- Your discount continues. The subscription price already includes the 20% subscription discount. It applies to every renewal, not only your first order.
- We remind you first. We email you a few days before each renewal, with the date and amount, so you can skip, pause or cancel in time.
- What you get. Each renewal ships the product and quantity you subscribed to (for example, 1 bottle with 30 servings).
- No minimum commitment. There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel after your first delivery.
- Taxes and shipping. You pay applicable taxes and shipping on every order, including each monthly renewal. They are added to the subscription price and shown at checkout.
