Can I attend Mindvalley U for just 3 days?
Yes. We now offer 3-Day Passes for those who want to experience Mindvalley U but cannot attend for a full week or two weeks.
Once you've purchased your 3-Day Pass, you can select any three consecutive days you'd like to attend from July 18 – August 1. Your pass gives you access to the event agenda, keynotes, workshops, social events, and community experience during your selected dates.

How much are the tickets?
Everyone needs a ticket to attend Mindvalley U.
Adults (aged 18+) can join Mindvalley U by securing a ticket, starting at $899 for 3 days, starting at $1,609 for 1 week and $2,109 for 2 weeks. We have VIP & First class options available for a premium experience.
You can also attend Mindvalley U as a family, we have a top-notch Kids & Teens program is currently SOLD OUT.
If there are any cancellations, we can try to accommodate you.
For you to be waitlisted for kids & teens program: Send us an email to events@mindvalleysupport.com with your kids/teens ages and how long do you plan to join MVU -- whether its 1 week or 2 weeks. We will let you know if there is any availability.
Note: An additional charge of 24% VAT (according to the EU tax laws) will be added to your ticket purchase at checkout.
Note for Parents: If the children causes any disruption during the session, parents will be kindly asked to accompany the child from the seminar room at that time.
Can individual and corporate customers get a VAT refund?
Individual customers: These customers will not be able to get VAT refund from their purchase of event tickets. This is mainly because VAT is a “customer” tax.
Moreover, tax-free sales in the EU only relate to goods/products and not to services received in the EU. Mindvalley events are categorised as ‘sales of services’.
Corporate customers: VAT refunds eligibility for corporations depend on their country taxation laws, policies, their residence status amongst many other rules that apply towards VAT refund and processing. Several websites such as this act as a good reference check on the process. We also recommend checking with your local tax authorities and familiarising yourself with the VAT refund process or checking with your finance representative for the same.
Can I purchase a 3 Days / 1-week ticket and then upgrade my ticket to a 2-week one before or during the event?
Absolutely.
Many attendees start with a 3-Day or 1-Week Pass and then decide they want more time at Mindvalley U once they see everything that's happening.
If you'd like to upgrade your ticket before or during the event, simply contact our team at events@mindvalleysupport.com and we'll help you explore the available upgrade options.
We recommend upgrading as early as possible, as certain ticket categories may sell out closer to the event.
If I buy a 1-week or 2-week ticket, do I need to choose which week/s I attend Mindvalley U?
The 1-week or 2-week tickets give you access to attend any week you like. When purchasing your ticket, you can mark the week you plan to attend. Your ticket will always activate on a Monday after completing the registration and expire on Sunday.
Can I apply to speak at Mindvalley U?
Yes. Every year, selected Mindvalley U attendees are invited to share their ideas, expertise, and transformational stories on our Community Stage.
Applications are available exclusively to ticket holders. Once you purchase your ticket here, you'll receive information on how to apply.

Purchasing a ticket for Mindvalley U gives you access to a curated global community of entrepreneurs, creators, visionaries, families, and changemakers from around the world.
You will also receive access to the Mindvalley U Hub, featuring 150+ sessions led by world-renowned teachers and experts across business, entrepreneurship, relationships, personal growth, spirituality, health, longevity, AI, leadership, parenting, and more.
Your ticket also includes special bonus access to our 5 Mindvalley U Accelerators, immersive workshops led by Daniel Priestley, Jeffrey Allen, Regan Hillyer, Jim Kwik, and Vishen Lakhiani, taking place between July 18 and August 1, 2026, as well as access to our legendary social events, themed parties, networking experiences, and community gatherings throughout the event.
Please note that access to sessions, Accelerators, social events, and other programming is based on the dates covered by your selected ticket type.
What is not included in the Mindvalley U ticket fee?
Your Mindvalley U ticket doesn’t include your accommodation costs, meals, or travel costs. It doesn’t include access to any seminars that will take place in parallel to Mindvalley U, or additional tribe activities, such as sightseeing trips, cruises, and other local experiences. These can be purchased separately.

Refund Policy
What’s the refund policy for Mindvalley U?
Safe cancellation policy: A full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 30 days before the event's start date (June 20, 2026). This is not valid for ticket transfers from previous events. Once the refund deadline has passed, or your ticket has been transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

How much should I budget to travel to Tallinn?
An estimated average budget for 2 people for 2 weeks is around 3080 €.
Example daily budget:
- Accommodation for two: 110 €
- Meals: 55 € per person
For a capital city, Tallinn is quite walkable, especially if your accommodation is not too far from the center. An average fee for a Bolt ride within the city center and surrounding areas is usually around 5-7 €.
The above example budget doesn’t include any ad hoc transportation costs or additional activities or tours.

Are you planning any activities for youth under the age of 18 years?
Absolutely! We’re working on putting together the curriculum and program for kids (6-12), and teens (13-17) at Mindvalley U. There are one and two-week tickets available for both age groups. Please see the question ‘How much are the tickets?’ for the pricing details.
Please note: kids, and teens programs are in English. It’s important that each young person attending the program has a good understanding of the English language and can communicate proficiently. The program is not meant as an English language study program. Please note that all of the activities are carried out in English.
We aim to create flexibility in the age groups. If the head teacher feels that a child should be moved to a different age group, there will be some flexibility here, depending on availability in the groups.
I want to lead a session at Mindvalley U. What should I do to make it happen?
We have heard your feedback and will be creating more space for tribe-led activities and sessions from Monday to Friday.
Once you have purchased a ticket, you will receive the link to the Attendee Guide. There you can find the link to apply as a tribe speaker.
Accommodation
Where should I stay during Mindvalley U?
July is a busy month in Tallinn’s tourist season. One option is to book through Airbnb or Booking.com.
We recommend using location filters such as ‘Kalamaja, Tallinn, Tallinna linn, Estonia’ or ‘Kesklinn, Tallinn, Tallinna linn, Estonia’ (city center) or ‘Vanalinn, Tallinn, Tallinna linn, Estonia’ (old town) if you want to stay close to the Hub. They all are located near our Mindvalley University Hub, Kultuurikatel. If you need wheelchair access ensure you select the filter ‘wheelchair accessibility’.
The other option is to book a room in a hotel or hostel. We have arranged special accommodation rates with some hotels, hostels and community-style accommodation providers, especially for Mindvalley University attendees which will be added here closer to the event. Please note that the special rates apply only when you book through the website of the accommodation, and not booking.com or other booking sites.
Sharing accommodation with other Mindvalley University tribe members is a great way to network and save costs. If you wish to find someone to share accommodation with, then you can do so in the Mindvalley University official Facebook group. Here you will find other people’s requests to share and you can also write a post with your accommodation needs (a bit about you and your travel plans, as well as any info about who you would like to share with).
How much should I budget to travel to Estonia?
An estimated average budget for 2 people for 2 weeks ranges from €2,240 to €4,480.
Example daily budget:
- Accommodation for two: €140 to €320
- Meals: €60 to €120 per two person

Support Crew
How can I be part of the Mindvalley U Support Crew?
The application process will start early 2026 for the event. Thank you for your interest!
The Support Team is crucial to ensure Mindvalley U runs smoothly. In 2025, we had 160 volunteers supporting the event.
Our volunteers are supporting 200+ events during Mindvalley U, working in various roles, such as welcoming and checking in the attendees, running mics during the speaking sessions, assisting the teachers of teens and kids programs, helping out at the parties, and so much more.
Please note that as part of the support crew, you need to cover your own travel, accommodation, food, visa, and any other costs related to the event.
