Scammers often impersonate trusted people or organizations. Follow these steps to protect yourself and help us keep the community safe:
Step 1: Recognise Suspicious Messages
Look out for messages that:
Come from unknown numbers or email addresses
Ask for personal information, passwords, or payment
Include urgent language like “Act now!” or “Your account is at risk”
Contain links or attachments that seem unusual or unexpected
Step 2: Do NOT Engage
Do not click links or download attachments from unknown sources
Do not reply or provide any personal information
Do not share screenshots publicly on social media that could contain sensitive info
Step 3: Verify the Source
Check if the message came through official Mindvalley channels: newsletter, blog, or verified accounts
- If in doubt, go directly to the official Mindvalley website rather than following links in the message
Step 4: Report the Scam
Email: Report the incident to our support team and include screenshots showing the sender’s details and message.
Messaging apps: Take screenshots and report the account directly through the app’s built-in reporting system.
When reporting, please include as much detail as possible, such as the sender’s information, message content, links, and any attachments.
Step 5: Protect Your Accounts
Change your passwords regularly
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your accounts
Monitor your accounts for suspicious activity
