Here’s your simple guide to joining the crew and why it could become one of the most fulfilling journeys you take.
What is the Events Team Support Crew?
The Events Team Support Crew is a group of dedicated volunteers who assist the core Mindvalley Events Team during a variety of transformational events around the world.
These include:
Mindvalley University
Future Human
Summits
Weekend Live events
Other large-scale experiences where additional support is needed
As a crew member, you help ensure the event runs smoothly while contributing to an unforgettable experience for attendees.
What Are the Main Requirements?
To join the Support Crew, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Complete the official application form before the deadline
Cover your own travel, accommodation, food, visa, and related expenses
Commit to attending the entire event (no partial attendance)
Participate in pre-event calls and review training materials (recordings available if you can’t attend live)
Support the Events Team during assigned shifts as confirmed by your Crew Lead

What Skills Are We Looking For?
We value crew members who demonstrate:
Fluency in spoken and written English
Strong communication skills
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Interest in personal growth (a plus, not required)
Ability to travel and manage visa applications when needed
Which Events Can I Crew At?

Any other event requiring external crew support
Event availability depends on operational needs.
Why Can’t I Crew at A-Fest?
A-Fest is typically managed by internal Mindvalley employees who volunteer to support the event. Due to its smaller size and focus on internal collaboration, applications for external crew members are not opened.
What Do I Gain From Volunteering?
Being part of the Support Crew comes with meaningful benefits:
An event pass
Access to sessions once your shift is complete (or before it begins)
A complimentary Mindvalley Membership (depending on the event)
First-hand experience supporting world-class global events
Networking with an extraordinary international community
An invitation letter for Schengen visa applications (if required)
What Are My Working Hours?
Working hours vary by event and role but are typically:
Up to 8 hours per day or less
Confirmed and scheduled by your Crew Lead
You’ll receive full details prior to the event.
What Is the Application Process?
Applications open approximately 3–5 months before the event
All submissions are reviewed

Can My Friends Apply?
Yes! Your friends are welcome to apply.
However:
Each person must complete the full application process

We cannot guarantee the same shifts or roles
What If I Can’t Attend After Being Confirmed?
If circumstances change, please inform us as soon as possible at:
If cancellation happens less than 72 hours before arrival, it may impact eligibility for future events.
Is Travel or Accommodation Covered?
We do not provide financial assistance for travel or accommodation.

Are There Rules to Follow?
Yes. All selected crew members receive an official Volunteer Guideline.
Following these guidelines ensures a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Can I Offer My Own Services During the Event?
No.
Providing services such as:
Healing
Massage
Energy work
Tarot reading
Coaching
Any other personal services
…is strictly prohibited at the venue.
Please also refrain from using Mindvalley’s brand or facilities to promote personal offerings.
Can I Be a Tribe Speaker at Mindvalley U With a Crew Ticket?
This option is no longer available.
If you wish to speak on stage at Mindvalley U, you must purchase a ticket separately.
How Can I Be a More Sustainable Crew Member?
We encourage sustainable practices, such as:
Choosing land or sea transport (bus, train, ferry) instead of flying when possible
Selecting direct flights and sustainability-focused airlines if flying
Using public transport, bicycles, or scooters locally
Bringing a reusable water bottle and coffee cup
Supporting and sharing the event’s sustainability efforts

If your complimentary membership hasn’t been activated within the expected timeframe, please contact:
