This article explains how to find your Mindvalley login details, what to do if you can’t locate them, and how to manage login issues related to Apple ID, multiple accounts, or missing programs.
Where Are My Login Details?
Your Username
Your username is the email address you used to:
Sign up for a Masterclass, or
Purchase a Mindvalley program (Quest)
Your Password
Your temporary password is sent in an email with the subject line:
“Your Mindvalley Login Details.”If you’ve changed your password and forgotten it, please follow the steps in the password reset process to create a new one.
Can’t Find Your Login Details? Here’s Why
When you sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program, we immediately send an email titled “Your Mindvalley Login Details.”
If you can’t find it, one of the following may apply:
The Email Went to Spam or Junk
Check your Spam or Junk folder. If you find it there:
Move the email to your primary inbox, and
Add noreply@mindvalley.com to your contacts to prevent this from happening again.
You Used a Different Email Address
If you have multiple email addresses, you may be checking the wrong inbox. Please double-check the email address you used when signing up or purchasing.
The Transaction Was Unsuccessful
If you purchased a program, review your bank, credit card, or PayPal statement. If the payment didn’t go through, you’ll need to complete the purchase again.
Your Email Address Was Entered Incorrectly
If your email was mistyped during sign-up, the login email may not have been delivered. In this case, contact Customer Support with:
Your full name
The correct email address
Our team will help you locate or update your account.
Still Can’t Find Your Login Details?
If none of the above steps work and you’re sure your purchase was successful, please contact Customer Support.
To help us assist you faster, please provide:
The email address used to purchase the program (and any others you may have used)
Your full name
Date of purchase
A screenshot of the bank statement showing the transaction
The last 4 digits of the card used

Logging In With Apple ID (Including “Hide My Email”)
I Chose “Hide My Email”
If you selected Hide My Email when logging in with Apple ID, Apple assigns you a private email address.
You can find this email address in your Mindvalley account profile settings.

I Can’t Find My Programs After Signing In With Apple ID
Your programs (Quests) are linked to the email address used to purchase them, not necessarily your Apple ID.
If you logged in using Apple ID and don’t see your programs:
Log out of your account.
Log back in using the email address associated with your Mindvalley account purchase.
Still Don’t See Your Programs?
Please contact Customer Support by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner of the page. Our team will be happy to help you merge your accounts if needed.
I Have Multiple Accounts and Want to Merge Them
If you have more than one Mindvalley account and would like to merge them into a single account, you can do so by updating your email address following the steps outlined in the relevant help article.
