When you log in to Mindvalley—on web or the app—you’ll land on the Today tab. This is your main dashboard and starting point. Depending on your subscription (Mindvalley Membership or Certifications), you may see additional features or tabs.
Navigating Mindvalley on Web
Web Tabs Overview
On web, your account includes seven main tabs:
- Home
- Programs
- Meditation
- Coach
- Lifebook
- Communities
- More
Today Tab (Web)
The Today tab helps you stay on track and discover content:
- Continue Learning: Resume Quests you’ve already started
- Premium Programs: Programs you’ve purchased
- Recommended Quests: Based on your goals
- Picked for You: Suggested programs to explore later
- Quick access to Meditations, Live Events, and Insights
If you’ve already started a Quest, you’ll find it here. If not, head to Programs.
Finding & Starting a Program (Web)
Go to the Programs tab to view all subscribed and purchased programs, organized by category.
You can also:
- Use the Search icon (top-right)
- Resume a Quest from Continue Learning
To start:
- Select a program
- Click Lesson 1 (The number shown will depend on your progress)
You’ll begin with the Intro / Preparation lessons, where you can see the program overview and lesson count.
Navigating Mindvalley on the App
App Tabs Overview
On the Mindvalley app, navigation tabs appear at the bottom of the screen:
- Today
- Programs
- Eve AI
- Meditation
- Community
Finding & Navigating Your Quest (App)
To access and navigate your Quest on the app:
- Go to Today to continue where you left off or go to Programs to browse, select a program, and start from the beginning
- Once inside a Quest, simply tap on a lesson to start watching and follow along at your own pace.
Navigating Your Quest (Web & App)
The learning experience is the same on both web and app. Each lesson includes videos, guidance, and tasks, with the following features:
- Play: Start the lesson
- Back: Return to previous lessons
- Lesson: View lesson content and tasks
- Discussion: Share insights for the specific lesson
- Community: Join discussions with other members
- Tasks: Check off tasks as you complete them
- Mark as Complete: Move to the next lesson
👉 Be sure to complete your tasks before marking a lesson as complete.
Community (Connect)
From within your Quest, tap or click Community to access Connect, where you can:
- Create posts
- Ask questions
- Share articles
- Start discussions with other members
To return to your lessons, go back to Programs and continue where you left off.
Bookmarking Lessons
Want to save a lesson for later?
On Web: Tap or click the Bookmark icon to save it as a Favorite Quest
On App:
- Go to the Quest
- Tap the Playlist Icon at the top right
- Tap the 3-dot Icon of the lesson you want to bookmark
- Tap Favorite Lesson
View all saved lessons by going to your Library and tapping Favorites
Viewing Completed Programs
To revisit completed Quests:
- Tap or click your profile picture
- Select Completed Programs
