Silva Life System was a Course. The Silva Ultramind Quest is a Quest. (Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students or do it independently.
The Silva Ultramind System Quest has a different focus and is more advanced.
Silva Life System Course had different narrator/author.
3. How to find my Quest?
To access The Silva Ultramind Quest, go to the Programs tab, scroll down the page to the category Soul, and it will take you to the right category as shown below.
4. Where can I find the Alpha & Theta Sound Audios?
These audios can be found under Intro 4 within your Quest or under the Resources section within your Quest. You can use them at various times throughout the Quest, or on its own as a relaxation and deepening tool.
5. Where can I find the Mental Video Technique?
You can find the meditation audios for The MentalVideo Technique - Morning and Night in Lesson 4 or the Resources section of your Quest.
6. Where can I find all the audios of my Quest?
All of the audios and mediations for this Quest can be found under Resources within your Quest.
