What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Rafael Núñez International Airport (also known as Cartagena de Indias Airport, or CTG). The airport is located around 25 minutes from Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort, where A-Fest will take place. Information about booking your ground transportation will be shared with you in the lead-up to the event.

How can I get a visa for Colombia?

You must have a visa to enter Colombia.

Check here if you are eligible for an Entry Visa granted by Colombian Migration at the international port of arrival, and which is intended for foreigners with nationalities that do not require a visa for a short stay in the country.

If you are not eligible for an Entry Visa, you need to apply for a visa through the online platform. The visa that must be requested to participate in an event is Visitor Visa Events. The price of the visa is $177 USD.

When should I fly in and out?

A-Fest is a jam-packed four days of learning, growth, and bonding from Thursday, May 4, to Sunday, May 7, 2023.

There will be complimentary pre-event tribe facilitation taking place in the afternoon of Wednesday, May 3, and a Welcome Mingler in the evening. If you’re interested in attending the pre-event activity, we recommend checking in on Tuesday, May 2, or on the morning of Wednesday, May 3.

The main program of A-Fest will kick off on the morning of Thursday, May 4.

Depart >>> Every A-Fest ends with a special closing event on the final evening. You don’t want to miss it, so we strongly advise not checking out before Monday, May 8. Also, on Monday (May 8), we will host an optional Tribe Connection afternoon which is a great opportunity for more bonding with your new tribe.

How can I book a room at the hotel?

A-Fest Colombia will take place at Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort in Cartagena, Colombia, where all attendees will stay. We have negotiated a discounted group rate starting from $328 USD for a single room and $410 USD for a double room. The rates include all meals and beverages, Wifi, and taxes, and vary depending on the room category.

We will send you information on booking your room at the special discounted rate after you have purchased your A-Fest ticket.

As you might wish to take advantage of your time abroad and spend a few extra days in the area, the special group rate is valid for the 3 days before A-Fest and 3 days after the event. Rooms booked after our room block sells out may be reserved at a higher rate per night and are subject to availability.

What food & beverages will be covered by A-Fest?

Your room at the Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort is all-inclusive and your breakfast, lunches, and dinners are included. There will be an open bar of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks covered by A-Fest at any of the events happening outside of the hotel.

Are there any facilities at the hotel for kids?

Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort has a children’s pool, a children’s play area, and a kids club.

Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for the A-Fest group in rooms and throughout the hotel.
