If you purchased your subscription directly through your iPhone or Android device, you can cancel it easily via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store since these subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, Mindvalley is unable to process cancellations for them. For subscriptions made through Mindvalley.com, you can cancel directly from your Mindvalley Account. step-by-step instructions are available in this article.  

Important Note: Uninstalling the Mindvalley App doesn't cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

How to cancel on Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com.
2. Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
3. Select "Subscriptions" from the side menu.
4. Choose your subscription and tap "Cancel subscription."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

2. Scroll down and select iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select "View Apple ID" and sign in if prompted.
4. Tap "Subscriptions" to view your subscriptions.
5. Select your subscription and tap "Cancel Subscription."

What happens after you cancel

After canceling, you can still use your subscription until the end of the paid period. For example, if you purchase a one-year subscription on January 1 and cancel on July 1, you'll retain access until December 31and you won't be charged for the next year.
