Troubleshooting Payment Issues for Your Mindvalley Purchase
We understand how frustrating it can be when your payment doesn’t go through. Below, we’ve outlined common reasons why payments may fail and how to resolve them.
Credit Card Payment Declined
There are several reasons why your credit card payment may not be successful:
✔ Incorrect card details entered (card number, expiration date, CVV)
✔ Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
✔ Expired or inactive card for online purchases
✔ Bank restrictions on international transactions
✔ Web browser issues or stored cookies interfering with the process
How to Resolve It:
Use an Incognito/Private Browser – This often resolves browser-related issues.
Double-Check Your Payment Details – Ensure your card number, expiration date and CVV are entered correctly.
Check Your Available Balance – Verify if you have sufficient funds or credit limit for the transaction.
Contact Your Bank – If your card is still being declined, reach out to your bank for assistance.
Still Facing Issues? – If none of the above steps work, please contact our Customer Support with detailed information and screenshots if possible.
PayPal Payment Declined
If your PayPal transaction is unsuccessful, check the following:
✔ Your card is up-to-date with the correct billing address
✔ Your card has been confirmed in your PayPal account
✔ Your bank/card provider isn’t blocking the transaction
How to Fix It:
🔹 Update Your Payment Method – If your card is outdated or needs confirmation, update it in PayPal.
🔹 Try a Different Payment Method – Add another credit/debit card or link your bank account in PayPal.
🔹 Confirm Recipient Details – If paying someone, ensure their email or phone number is correct and they have verified their PayPal account.
⚠ Note: Mindvalley does not accept PayPal Balance payments.
Not Sure If the Payment Went Through?
If you’re uncertain whether the transaction was successful:
✔ Check your bank statement – If you don’t see a charge from Mindvalley, the payment did not go through.
✔ Look for a confirmation email – If you haven’t received one, the purchase likely wasn’t completed.
Possible reasons for a missing confirmation:
🚫 A typo in the email address entered at checkout
🚫 Payment was unsuccessful and no charges were applied
Error 500 – Order Processing Issue
If you see an "Error 500" message during checkout, it’s likely due to a temporary issue with our payment system.
What to Do:
Check your bank statement to confirm if the payment was processed.
Clear cookies & cache in your browser.
Try again after 24 hours.

Subscription or Payment Plan Issues
If you’re on a subscription or payment plan and your payment fails, our system will automatically retry for several days.
📌 If all attempts fail:
You will lose access to your subscription or program.
You will receive email notifications about failed payment attempts.
How to Restore Your Access:
🔹 If you’re on a subscription, you can resubscribe by purchasing the plan again.
🔹 If you’re on a payment plan, and your last payment failed, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
