So, you registered your email address with us at Mindvalley but now you can't locate the verification code. Here are some possible scenarios and solutions:
Scenario 1: You may have mistyped your email address, which is why you can't find the verification code as it was sent to the wrong email address.
Scenario 2: You used an email address no longer in use and you can't access the inbox.
If you never received your verification code, you won't be able to access your account.
For both scenarios, click on the chat widget at the bottom right of the screen and follow these steps:
- Select the language “English”
- Select "Account and Program Access"
- Select "I want to change my email address"
This will direct you to a Support agent who will ask you to provide the incorrect email address and your preferred email address so they can update it for you while you are on chat with them. If you don't know the email address used on the checkout page, you can also provide your payment details that will allows us to trace the payment to the account (last 4 digits of your card, date of purchase and product).
