How do you ensure that the pills remain effective without compromising safety over extended periods of use?
Each product has a best-by date on the carton, set for 2 years after the manufacturing date.
Can I combine different State pills for a personalized approach?
Yes! Due to bio-individuality, everyone's body responds differently based on diet, environment, and other factors. We encourage you to try multiple State pills to find what works best for you.
Do I do this everyday or just when I'm looking to enter a certain State?
Your States stacks are designed to be used holistically and may take a little a planning to go deep into a certain state. Taking the supplements and doing the meditations regularly will enhance your emotional intelligence and ability to help control your mood.
What time of day is best for me to take certain States?
All the information and instructions will be available in The Mindvalley States app, but we’d recommend FOCUS for support at work, BLISS for socializing or family time, ZEN for winding down, DREAM for before bed and GAZM well, that’s up to you.
How do I download the Mindvalley States App?
You can download the Mindvalley States App from the App Store or Playstore and review the link on Get the App on our website footer. Note the App access will be linked to the account you signed up with to purchase your product.

The maximum dose varies per product:
ZEN: Do not exceed more than 2 pills a day.
BLISS: Do not exceed more than 2 pills a day.
FOCUS: Do not exceed more than 4 pills a day.
GAZM: Do not exceed more than 4 pills a day.
DREAM: Do not exceed more than 4 pills a day.
Serving sizes are based on individual ingredient suppliers' regulatory information, scientific studies, and vetted claims.
I would like to use the Mindvalley States App on another e-mail, how can I transfer it?
The Mindvalley States App access is always given to the email address you used to sign up. Please write us at support@mindvalleystates.com to request for a transfer your App access to another email address.

Can I purchase a specific state stack individually?
Currently you cannot buy individual state stocks, as we sell a carefully tuned set, allowing you to experiment with all five states and experience each and every state.
How long will it take for it reach Europe?
It depends on the carrier and you can check your status of your shipment.
Will I bear any taxes/custom fees?
No customs taxes and fees are applicable to you. You can always reach out to our customer support team for more inquires.
Who can I contact if I need to change my shipping address;/check tracking?
If you wish to change your address before the product is shipped, it's free. Please contact customer care by email at support@mindvalleystates.com. If the product has already been sent out, we can't guarantee that we will be able to modify your shipping address in the middle of the shipping process. We will ask, and if it is possible to change with the carrier in the middle of the shipment, there will be a change of address fee.
How do I track my order?
You will receive update emails with your tracking number, and additionally you can log into the Mindvalley States account to review your purchases. Please contact the delivery service for tracking updates.
How long will the shipment of my product take?
For USA countries, shipment will take between 3-8 business days. For International customers, this will be between 14-21 business days, depending on the country of origin.
What is the return policy for Mindvalley States pills?
The return policy is 60 days from the date of purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, UK and majority of Europe for the time being, however we always review and update our shipping countries and update it. Note that we ship from the USA, so import taxes for your country/region will apply.
In case you are located outside of the regions we are shipping now, but are excited and interested, please sign up to our e-mail newsletter at the bottom of this page, where we will inform you when we are ready and opened to new international markets.
What import taxes can I expect in non-USA Countries?
Note that we are shipping from the USA, which means import taxes will apply for your region or country. Note that import taxes are managed by your own country depending on what is your local policy, and can unfortunately not be controlled by us. You will be informed about the Import taxes by a delivery partner when your package has arrived in your country and ready for at-home delivery.
Can I order more than 3 items?
You can only order an amount that is safe for personal use, which is why for your safety we have capped the amount of products you can purchase in one order to 3.
What if I find some residual powder in one of the bottles?
Residual powder in the bottle is perfectly normal in bottles of pills all throughout the industry, note it doesn’t change the effectiveness or our formulation
