Where are my Login Details?
Your Username:
Your username is the email address you used to sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program.
Your Password:
You can find your password in the email with the subject line "Your Mindvalley Login Details."
If you've changed your password and forgotten it, please follow the steps in the password reset article.
Can't Find Your Login Details?
Here's Why:
When you sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program, we send you an email right away with the subject line: "Your Mindvalley Login Details."
If you're unable to find this email, it could be for one of the following reasons:
It may have gone to your Spam/Junk folder:
If you find our email there, you can:
Move the email to your primary inbox, or
Add noreply@mindvalley.com to your contacts to avoid this happening in the future.
You registered with a different email address:
If you use multiple email addresses, you might be checking the wrong inbox. Double-check the email address you used.
The transaction was unsuccessful:
If you purchased a program, check your bank statement. If the payment didn’t go through, try purchasing again.
You mistyped your email address:
If you entered your email incorrectly, the email might not have been delivered. In this case, contact our friendly Customer Support team with your full name and the correct email address, and we'll help you find your account.

If none of the above tips work and you’re sure your purchase was successful (check your bank statement for the transaction), please reach out to Customer Support for help.
To assist you faster, please provide the following information when contacting us:
The email address used to purchase the program (and any other email addresses you might have used)
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- A screenshot of the bank statement showing the transaction
- The last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase
