Waiting for an important email from Mindvalley but can’t find it in your inbox? You're not alone , sometimes our emails end up in the Promotions, Spam, or Other folders, depending on your email provider.

This quick guide will help ensure our emails land in your main inbox, so you never miss a thing, no matter which email service you use.

📧 For Gmail Users: Keep Mindvalley Emails in Your Primary Inbox

✅ Step 1: Add Mindvalley to Your Contacts

Open Gmail and go to your Promotions tab.

Find any email from Mindvalley.

Hover your mouse over the sender’s name or email address.

Click "Add to Contacts" in the pop-up box.

You're all set — future emails should land in your Primary tab.

🔄 Step 2: Drag the Email into the Primary Tab

Still in Gmail, go to the Promotions tab.

Click and drag a Mindvalley email into the Primary tab at the top.

When prompted, click "Yes" to do this for future emails.

🌐 For Non-Gmail Users: Never Miss a Mindvalley Email

Email services like Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, and others may sort emails into Spam, Junk, or Other folders. Here's how to fix that:

✅ Step 1: Add Us to Your Safe Senders or Contact List

Open any email from Mindvalley.

Look for an option like “Add to Contacts,” “Add to Safe Senders,” or “Mark as Not Spam.”

Save the sender info@mailer.mindvalley.com to your contact list.

🛑 Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder Regularly

If our email landed there, open it and mark it as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”

This tells your email provider to deliver our future messages correctly.
